I’m excited to announce I’m starting a book club with Action Figur3s  and we’re calling it Marinuska after a short story I wrote about our travels together in Mexico last summer. 

Here is the link to my review of  day one of the trip . She and I both read The Lacuna, while in Mexico City (all be it, many years apart) and it’s a great way to situate yourself in some of the city’s fascinating history. 

We’ll provide brunch (with cocktails) and a craft activity as well as show off our photos from last summer, many of which we’re taken in the same locations as the book takes place in.
